THE ARTIST’S DILEMMA
Between inspiration and exhaustion

Being an artist isn’t just what you do- it’s who you are. When inspiration flows, it’s effortless, almost magical, like tapping into something greater than yourself.
But the path of a creative isn’t always smooth. There are moments when the very thing that brings you joy, starts to feel heavy, when the pressure to create overshadows the love for your art.
Some days, self-doubt creeps in—telling you you’re not good enough, that you’ll never measure up.
The pressure to create something meaningful can feel paralyzing, leaving you stuck in your own head.
One moment, you’re in flow; the next, you’re battling creative blocks, exhaustion, or the fear that you’ll never break through to the next level.
Maybe you push yourself too hard, sacrificing your well-being just to keep up.
Or maybe you hold yourself back, afraid of failing, afraid of being seen.
What if you could break free from these patterns and create from a place of energy, confidence, flow and joy?

“My time with Kiyoko at the workshop was an unforgettable and inspiring experience! Her valuable insights helped me navigate especially the psychological challenges of auditioning and performing, and I felt completely relaxed in her calm and caring atmosphere. I trusted her completely and was able to learn and grow so much as a musician in just a short amount of time. With a new perspective and attitude toward my career, I feel inspired to continue pursuing my dreams. Thank you Kiyoko for such a wonderful experience! “

“Kiyoko was great in helping me think of new strategies to make organizational tasks more manageable and enjoyable, instead of stressful and overwhelming. I am currently sitting in a cafe enjoying a cup of coffee while dealing with correspondence and travel itineraries. It’s amazing how good my mood is…this is a new feeling for me!”
